We offer a different approach to the traditional on-site experience and the employment of full-time consultants. We carry out our client's work remotely from our three different office locations and stay in contact with the on-site teams via email and live Teams meetings on a daily or as and when required basis.

The benefit of remote working is the savings our clients enjoy based on consultants' traditional daily change rates. We offer support services on a period-by-period basis or fixed lump-sum prices.

International - Overview

Algerian Government - Military Establishments in the eastern sector of Algeria. Estimated project value £80m
Greek Government - Immurged tunnels to the eastern sector of Greece.
Dubai Government - Engineers Office undertaking engineers' decisions on major claims. - Estimated claim value +£100m
Bangladesh Government - Consultant Office managing the Dhaka to Chittagong double tracking (rail) project plus two redevelopment stations and new (local) connecting stations. Setting up and managing the commercial office.

United Kingdom - Overview

East-West Rail - Project Controls - Setting up EWN and CE processes.
ISP's - Managing high-speed internet cable installations in the southwest, south of England, and Wales. Producing contracts, task orders, contract management, monitoring, submitting, and agreeing EWN's / CE's. Over 1.5 years of working with ISP clients and contractors.
Manchester Airport - BP Fuel Depot and infrastructure installation. Two new 23m fuel storage tanks and a new infrastructure installation. Pre-contract feasibility work relating to temporary and permanent designs and infrastructure installation.
Baggage handling system and forensic claims work for foul water pumping main. Managing contacts and all EWN/CE's systems.
London Underground / Tubelines / Metronet - Over seven years of commercial management on signalling installations, new station development, and power installations. Commercially managing eight business sections.
British Government - Strategic Rail Authority - Southern Region New Trains Programme. Removing from service all the old slam-shut door carriages and integrating new trains, platform extensions, power - signalling - CCTV up-grades for the Southeast, Southern, and Southwest of England.
Crossrail Project - Assisting/supporting small contractors on additional work and programme advice, issuing EWN/CE's.
Heathrow Airport - Surface access and assets that are likely to become affected by the installation of the Crossrail project.
Japanese Contractor - Dockland Light Railway - Isle of Dogs to Lewisham extension - Two bored tunnels and all installation of all infrastructure. Also managed an insurance claim relating to a compressed air blow-out of a tunnel - value circa £5.5m.
Balfour Beatty - Jubilee Line Extension - Claims and commercial management of the construction of Westminster Station.
Barking Power station (Gas-turbine) - commercially managing all ground obstruction claims, installation of two river shafts, two bored tunnels and a 19 metre diameter pumping station, and joint venture cross charging.
Channel Tunnel Terminal - Undertaking large underground civil structures, foul and surface water installation, CCTV, cable ducting, and track drainage.
Isle of Wight - Private Hospital - Structure and internal finishings.
Isle of Wight - Public and Private Hospital - Structure and internal finishings.
